We love this rich but dry wine paired with a main dish like swordfish on the grill or butter poached lobster. This wine comes from a jewel box holding: the Clos de Mosny, a 12ha, walled, south facing vineyard in the southern part of the appellation, acquired in Autumn 2010. Very Special.
