the central medallion features a green cross fleury on a white enamel field surrounded a ring with delicate white and blue flowers

green badge cloth base with complimenting green stiching (One of the finest breast eagles seen in some time)

A Purple Heart to Henry Halpern, with Case Archive (Deutsches Jungvolk Gürtel mit Schnalle)Two piece construction, in bronze gilt with red, white, purple and green enamels, reverse machine engraved HENRY HALPERN, measuring 34. 9 mm (w) x 47. 0 mm (h), original ribbon with brooch pinback, extremely fine. Accompanied by its 17 mm (w) x 4 mm (h) enameled ribbon bar, in its hardshelled case of issue, marked "PURPLE HEART" on the lid, interior lid shows staining, wear and residue to exterior. A ribbon bar is included.
