2019 Chateau Musar 'Gaston Hochar', Bekaa Valley, Lebanon (750ml) Western Cape plush ‘L’Esprit des Pavots’ isWINEMAKER'S NOTES: The Hochar of this year is a bright ruby color there are redfruits on the nose; bitter sweet cherries with a hint of darkchocolate. Classic bright red fruits flavours and sweet, spicy notesfollow through to the palate. The tannins are soft, the acidity freshwith very long length. Cellared well, it will keep for several years. Blend: 50% Cinsault, 35% Grenache, and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
