The domed top of the ring is crafted from silverium and is flanked on either side by a tricolour band detail. The ring is centrally set with an oval cut yellow sapphire in a smooth bezel setting. The ring comes with the original Cartier box. Silverium is an alloy developed by Cartier, for which the brand filed a patent and trademark registration in 1987. The material was used in various
